Step 1: Go to Application Manager.
Find App.Mgr. in your main menu if you haven't moved it somewhere else already. Then open it.

Step 2: Go to Options and choose Settings.
In Application manager press left soft button (Options). Choose Settings from the menu.

Step 3: Set parameter values as shown on the picture.
Set Software installation to All, and Online certif. check to Off</description>
